Description

Enhance Your Coffee Service with the Jura X10c Plumbed-In Coffee Machine

The Jura X10c in Dark Inox is a high-performance, fully automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine designed for busy professional environments that require a continuous, uninterrupted water supply. With its direct mains connection, robust engineering, and advanced brewing technologies, the X10c provides a premium coffee experience ideal for offices, hotels, hospitality venues, and high-traffic self-service areas.

Offering up to 34 programmable hot and cold coffee specialities, the X10c delivers reliable, barista-quality beverages with exceptional consistency. Its sleek professional design and intuitive 3.5" colour display make it easy for users to select and customise drinks quickly — perfect for workplaces and public-facing commercial settings.

Equipped with Jura’s innovative Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.®), the X10c optimises flavour extraction for every espresso, delivering rich aroma, balanced flavour, and excellent crema. The integrated Cold Extraction Process allows the machine to prepare genuine Cold Brew at the touch of a button, using cold water under pressure for a smooth, refreshing result. Combined with the Fine Foam technology for milk drinks, the X10c ensures exceptional beverage quality across the entire menu.

Designed for Continuous Performance and Convenience

The key advantage of the X10c is its permanent mains water connection, which keeps the internal 2.8-litre tank automatically topped up. This eliminates manual refilling and ensures consistent service throughout even the busiest periods. Ideal for medium- to high-volume environments, the X10c supports a recommended output of up to 100 cups per day, making it a dependable choice for workplaces with steady footfall.

Its professional P.A.G.2+ grinder offers precise, consistent grinding for every drink, while the integrated rinsing, cleaning, and hygiene programmes simplify maintenance. This ensures that the machine remains clean, efficient, and ready for use with minimal staff effort. For added flexibility, the X10c allows users to activate or deactivate the permanent water connection, enabling the machine to operate as a mobile, tank-fed unit when required.

Specified, supplied and installed by our own team in Surrey. Every machine is sold alongside the roasted-to-order coffee that runs through it.

What installation covers

  • Delivery to UK mainland and positioning at the point of installation
  • Connection to the water and power supply already in place
  • Commissioning, pressure and temperature checks
  • Dialling in on your own coffee
  • Handover and daily cleaning walkthrough with your team

Not included

  • Plumbing: new water feeds, waste runs, or moving an existing supply
  • Electrical work: new circuits, isolators, or supply upgrades

Water and power must already be present at the machine's position. We do not carry out plumbing or electrical work — your site needs a suitable supply ready before we arrive.

Frequently asked questions

Can we buy this machine online?

Machines priced under £5,000 can be bought straight through checkout. Above that we quote, because the specification, siting and installation need agreeing before the machine is ordered.

Do you install the machine?

Yes. Installation and commissioning can be added to your order on espresso and bean to cup machines. We position the machine, connect it to the water and power already at the installation point, commission it, dial it in on your coffee and walk your team through daily cleaning. We do not carry out plumbing or electrical work.

What needs to be ready before installation?

A suitable water supply and power at the machine's final position, plus clear access on the day. If either needs new work, your own plumber or electrician handles that beforehand.

Can you train our staff?

Yes. Barista training can be added to your order on espresso machines, run on site on your own machine and your own coffee, covering extraction and dialling in, milk technique, workflow and daily cleaning.

Can we lease rather than buy?

Yes. Lease pricing is shown on machines where it applies, and the agreement itself is arranged by our corporate team.

Who services the machine afterwards?

Servicing and maintenance agreements are handled by our corporate team, who look after machine estates across multi-site accounts.
