No. You can order a single bag or a full pallet. Case quantities carry the trade savings, and singles are priced at parity with our retail store.

UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £40. Below that, and for heavy bulk orders, delivery is calculated by weight at checkout.

Coffee is roasted to order at our Guildford roastery and dispatched at peak freshness. Most UK mainland orders arrive within 1–2 working days of dispatch. Equipment and palletised orders are booked in with you.

Yes — a delivery surcharge may apply depending on weight and postcode. If your area needs a quoted rate, the trade team will confirm before dispatch.

No approval process, no login wall — trade prices are public and any business can check out immediately. We ask for your company name at checkout so your VAT invoice is correct.
