Why buy sample packs before sacks?

A pack costs less than a fraction of a sack and answers the questions a spec sheet can't: how the lot behaves through first crack on your machine, how it holds up in milk, whether your team can taste the difference on the bar. Once an origin earns its place on your menu, the same coffee is available in 1kg, 6kg, 12kg and full 60kg and 70kg sacks at trade pricing.

Packs are supplied unroasted and green, so shelf life is measured in months rather than weeks — you can hold a pack until your next profiling session.

Buying coffee for a business

  • Buy by the case, not the bag

    Singles sit at retail parity — the trade saving unlocks at case level. A 6kg or 12kg case lowers your cost per kilo and clears the £40 delivery threshold in one order.

  • Match the grind to the machine

    Whole bean for espresso and bean-to-cup; ground to your brew method for filter and batch. Tell us the machine and we will grind to suit.

Wholesale coffee — quick answers

How fresh will the coffee be?

Every order is roasted after you place it, six days a week, and dispatched at peak freshness — not picked from warehouse stock. Espresso blends hit their stride five to ten days from roast; filter can be poured sooner.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum. Order a single 1kg bag or a pallet — UK mainland delivery is free once the order passes £40, and you can mix coffee with syrups, tea and sundries in the same box.

Can we taste before we switch supplier?

Yes — request a trade sample pack. Tell us your brew method, the flavour direction you want and your weekly volume, and we will match a set to your setup.

Can we sell it under our own brand?

Yes — our white label service packs speciality coffee under your label, either in your own printed bags or ours carrying your artwork.
