Studio Venue operates meeting and events spaces in four UK cities, hosting around 150,000 delegates a year — and every one of them is offered unlimited hot drinks as part of their package. That business model turns coffee from a nicety into core infrastructure: enormous daily volume, sharp peaks around session breaks, and a brand promise that quality never dips.
The challenge
Event-led demand doesn't arrive in a smooth line. A venue can pour more cups in a twenty-minute conference break than a café pours in a morning. Studio Venue needed equipment specified for burst volume, a coffee programme that tastes the same in Glasgow as it does in Birmingham, and supply volumes flexible enough to follow the events calendar rather than fight it.
What we supplied
We managed the programme end to end — machine selection matched to each venue's peak throughput, installation planned around live event schedules to avoid disruption, and a bulk supply arrangement of freshly roasted coffee with lead times built for event-led ordering. Volumes flex up for conference season without any change in cup quality.
