Hospitality-grade coffee, at home
Cinnamon Care Collection runs 23 luxury care homes across the UK, where the standard of hospitality is part of the promise made to residents and their families. Coffee sits right at the centre of that daily experience — served in lounges, at family visits and across dining rooms, by staff whose first job is care, not barista work.
The challenge
Care settings put unusual demands on a coffee programme. Machines must be genuinely simple for any team member to use, robust enough for all-day service, and consistent enough that a resident's morning coffee tastes the same in Kent as it does in Yorkshire. Behind that, 23 sites need coordinated supply of freshly roasted, ethically sourced coffee — and support that responds quickly when something needs attention.
What we supplied
We rolled out 45 machines across the estate, specified for one-touch simplicity and everyday reliability, and paired the equipment with a scheduled supply of coffee roasted to order at our Surrey roastery. Ethical sourcing was a requirement, not an option — matching Cinnamon's own standards of care. Responsive support keeps every lounge pouring.
The results
- 45 machines installed and supported across the group
- 23 sites nationwide supplied with freshly roasted coffee on one coordinated schedule
- Consistent, hospitality-grade quality that residents and visiting families notice
