Trade delivery & VAT
Trade delivery & VAT
Most food and drink lines — coffee, tea, hot chocolate and coffee syrups — are zero-rated, so the price you see is the price you pay. Where VAT applies (equipment, consumables, confectionery) the inc-VAT figure is shown alongside and a full VAT invoice accompanies every order. UK mainland delivery on every order — see Delivery & Returns for thresholds, lead times and Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland surcharges.
