Description

The Crem EX2 2 Group Control combines programmable espresso dosing, an 11.5-litre boiler and straightforward barista controls in a robust, contemporary design. Built around Expobar’s established hydraulic system, it offers a practical balance between performance, usability and value for cafés and hospitality businesses.

Available in Light Grey or Black, the EX2 comes with a choice of two power configurations: the 2,800W 13A version or the 3,350W standard version. Choose the option that suits your premises’ electrical supply and coffee service requirements.

Why Choose the Crem EX2 2 Group Control?

Consistent Espresso Preparation

Programmable dosing helps baristas repeat their chosen coffee volumes. Electronic pre-infusion and a pre-infusion chamber support consistent extraction across both group heads.

A Choice of Power Options

Both versions feature the same 11.5-litre boiler and full-size body. The 13A model uses a reduced-power 2,800W heating element, while the standard model has a higher-powered 3,350W element. Confirm your installation’s electrical requirements before selecting your version.

Convenient Milk Preparation

Two steam arms provide flexibility when preparing milk-based drinks, with half-turn rotary knobs offering straightforward steam control.

Designed Around Everyday Service

Takeaway-height groups accommodate taller cups, while barista lights illuminate the working area. An improved cup tray and ergonomic layout help keep the workspace practical and comfortable.

Built for Practical Maintenance

The EX2 combines a robust body with a service-friendly design, making routine access and servicing straightforward.

Specified, supplied and installed by our own team in Surrey. Every machine is sold alongside the roasted-to-order coffee that runs through it.

What installation covers

  • Delivery to UK mainland and positioning at the point of installation
  • Connection to the water and power supply already in place
  • Commissioning, pressure and temperature checks
  • Dialling in on your own coffee
  • Handover and daily cleaning walkthrough with your team

Not included

  • Plumbing: new water feeds, waste runs, or moving an existing supply
  • Electrical work: new circuits, isolators, or supply upgrades
  • Counter cutting, worktop alteration or structural work

Water and power must already be present at the machine's position. We do not carry out plumbing or electrical work — your site needs a suitable supply ready before we arrive.

Frequently asked questions

Can we buy this machine online?

Machines priced under £5,000 can be bought straight through checkout. Above that we quote, because the specification, siting and installation need agreeing before the machine is ordered.

Do you install the machine?

Yes. Installation and commissioning can be added to your order on espresso and bean to cup machines. We position the machine, connect it to the water and power already at the installation point, commission it, dial it in on your coffee and walk your team through daily cleaning. We do not carry out plumbing or electrical work.

What needs to be ready before installation?

A suitable water supply and power at the machine's final position, plus clear access on the day. If either needs new work, your own plumber or electrician handles that beforehand.

Can you train our staff?

Yes. Barista training can be added to your order on espresso machines, run on site on your own machine and your own coffee, covering extraction and dialling in, milk technique, workflow and daily cleaning.

Can we lease rather than buy?

Yes. Lease pricing is shown on machines where it applies, and the agreement itself is arranged by our corporate team.

Who services the machine afterwards?

Servicing and maintenance agreements are handled by our corporate team, who look after machine estates across multi-site accounts.
