Brewing suggestions

Old Brown Java works particularly well for espresso, producing a smooth, heavy-bodied shot with rich crema and earthy chocolate depth. It is also highly suited to bean-to-cup coffee machines and moka pots. Its low acidity and darker roast profile also make it an excellent choice for milk-based drinks such as cappuccinos and flat whites.

Roasted to order in Surrey

Pallet volumes are roasted against an agreed call-off schedule rather than stockpiled — freshness cannot be warehoused.
