Charbonnel Et Walker's sea salt caramel truffle recipe is a sweet liquid caramel with a hint of sea salt, all captured in a velvety milk chocolate shell. An explosion of silky smooth caramel. A truly divine and indulgent caramel experience.
Ingredients:
Pistachio Truffles: White chocolate (52%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin) natural vanilla flavouring, vegetable oils (palm from a sustainable source), sunflower, rapeseed), sugar, Pistachio Nut (10%), skimmed milk powder, milk sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, icing sugar, anhydrous milk fat, maize starch, emulsifier (soya lecithin), cocoa mass, colour (curcumin), spirulina powder (trehalose, spirulina extract, acidity regulator (sodium citrates), natural vanilla flavouring, fat-reduced cocoa powder.
Milk Sea Salt Caramel Truffles: Milk chocolate 60% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), salted caramel (37%) (glucose syrup, sweetened condensed skimmed MILK, palm kernel oil & palm oil (from a sustainable source), sea salt (0.9%), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids)), icing sugar. Milk chocolate contains cocoa solids 33.5% minimum, milk solids 20.5% minimum.
