Yes. Any machine priced up to £5,000 inc VAT checks out on this site like any other trade order. Machines above £5,000 are quote-only — request a quote from the product page and the equipment team confirms price, delivery and installation before you commit.

Table-top machines (Bravilor Bolero, Coffetek Vitro) sit on a worktop, hold two to four ingredient canisters and serve into a cup you place under the spout — right for offices, staff rooms and small reception areas. Floor-standing machines (Coffetek Neo and Zen, Rhea Luce and rhFS) are self-contained: built-in cup dispensers, larger canisters and payment options for factories, leisure centres, colleges and anywhere the machine runs unattended.

For up to a few dozen staff, a table-top instant machine such as the Bravilor Bolero or Coffetek Vitro S1 covers coffee, hot chocolate and whitened drinks from a worktop, checks out online and runs on the same vending ingredients we supply by the case. Move to a bean-to-cup table-top model if fresh-ground coffee is the priority.

Yes. We roast the coffee and stock the vending instant coffee, hot chocolate, milk powder, toppings and tea that go in the canisters, all at trade prices by the case. Buying the machine and the ingredients from one supplier means one delivery and one number to call.

Lease pricing is shown on each machine page as a weekly figure so you can compare it with the purchase price. Leasing, finance and servicing agreements are arranged by the Redber corporate team rather than through this site — use the enquiry link on the product page and they'll take it from there.
