Dutch Maid Pure Matcha is 100% matcha green tea powder with nothing premixed — no milk, no sugar. That makes it a barista ingredient rather than a finished drink mix: you control the sweetness, the milk and the strength, so one pouch covers every matcha line on the menu.

Yield

At 1–2g per drink, a 100g pouch makes roughly 50 to 100 serves. Divide the pouch price by your own dose to get the matcha cost in each cup before milk.

Preparation

Sift 1–2g into a bowl or jug, add a splash of hot water and whisk until smooth and lightly frothy. Top up with hot water for a straight matcha, or with steamed or cold milk for a latte. Use water just off the boil — fully boiling water makes matcha taste bitter.
