How many drinks does a 1L bottle make?

About 40 at a single 25ml pump, or roughly 20 if you are doubling up for large cups. Plan a bottle per flavour per week on a site pulling a few hundred drinks a day, then adjust once you see which special sells.

How far does a 1kg chai powder go?

Around 45 lattes per kilo at a standard 22g dose. Spiced is the stronger seller on most sites; vanilla suits venues serving a sweeter, milkier drink.

When should we order for autumn?

Most trade customers put the seasonal menu up from late September and run it to the end of November. Order two to three weeks ahead of launch so you can dial in the recipe before it goes on the board.

Do we need a pump for each bottle?

Yes, if you want the margin to hold. Free-pouring drifts by several millilitres a drink, which is a bottle a month on a busy bar. Pumps are sized to the bottle, so match the pump to 1L.

Which autumn flavours come sugar-free?

Pumpkin spice, gingerbread and cinnamon are stocked sugar-free in the 1L format. They pour and price the same as the standard bottles.

Can we get samples before committing?

Tell the trade team which flavours you are considering and we will talk through what comparable sites are pouring. For coffee, the trade sample pack is the faster route.

Yes. Syrups, chai, coffee and consumables sit on one account with one delivery and one VAT invoice. Orders up to £5,000 go straight through checkout.
