Buying for trade — quick answers

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

Prices are shown ex VAT with the inc-VAT figure alongside. VAT is added at checkout and a full VAT invoice is issued with every order for your records.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Order single units or by the case — singles sit at retail parity and the trade saving unlocks at case level. Coffee, syrups, tea, sundries and equipment can all travel in one order on one delivery.

What if our order is over £5,000?

Orders above £5,000 inc VAT are quoted by the trade team rather than checked out online, so specification, delivery and terms can be agreed first. Use the trade enquiry form or call 01483 808580.

Can we open a trade account with payment terms?

Yes. Register for a trade account and, once approved, qualifying businesses can be set up with account terms. Until then, everything on this site can be bought straight through checkout by card.

Buying in volume?

Pallet coffee, machine fit-outs and orders above £5,000 are quoted directly — usually within one working day.
