This MONIN Sugar Free Caramel syrup is as popular now as ever. With a warm dark-amber colour and a luxurious flavour profile, our MONIN Sugar Free Caramel syrup is a perfect match for all coffee, chocolate and cocktail applications, as well as being an excellent ingredient in cooking and baking.
This sugar free syrup is made with sucralose, a non-calorie sweetener derived from natural sugar, which provides a sweet sensation without the bitter metallic aftertaste of other sweeteners. Perfect for that guilt free caramel experience.
