Built as part of Nuova Simonelli’s next-generation Aurelia platform, this machine combines advanced technology with an intuitive touchscreen interface, delivering exceptional workflow efficiency, consistent espresso quality, and reliable performance during peak service periods.
It’s the ideal solution for businesses that require professional, high-output performance with enhanced control and ease of use.
Consistent Espresso Quality, Every Cup
The Aurelia Volumetric XT is engineered to deliver precise and repeatable espresso extraction throughout the day. Its volumetric dosing system ensures accurate shot control, helping maintain consistency across multiple users and busy service periods.
The integrated Soft Infusion System (SIS) stabilises pressure during extraction, improving flavour balance and ensuring a high-quality espresso in every cup.
Designed for Fast, Efficient Service
Built for high-demand environments, the Aurelia XT is designed to optimise workflow behind the bar. The touchscreen display allows for intuitive control, faster adjustments, and easier programming, making it suitable for both experienced baristas and newer staff.
Its ergonomic layout, clear interface, and efficient design enable teams to maintain speed and consistency, even during peak trading hours.
Advanced Technology for Modern Coffee Service
The Aurelia platform supports a wide range of beverage options through compatibility with advanced technologies such as E-Steam, E-Milk, and C-Automation, allowing businesses to expand into milk-based and plant-based drinks with ease.
This makes the machine ideal for operations looking to increase menu flexibility while maintaining fast and consistent preparation.
Energy Efficient and Built for Daily Commercial Use
The Aurelia Volumetric XT is designed with insulated boilers to improve thermal stability while reducing heat loss and energy consumption.
Additional features such as weekly on/off programming and group management options help optimise energy usage, making it a cost-effective solution for long-term commercial operation.
Constructed with durable, commercial-grade materials, the machine is built to handle continuous daily use with reliability.
Ideal for High-Volume Hospitality Environments
The Nuova Simonelli Aurelia Volumetric XT is ideal for coffee shops, roasteries, restaurants, hotels, and high-footfall hospitality venues where speed, consistency, and output are critical to service.
It is particularly well-suited for businesses operating with multiple staff members and a high volume of orders throughout the day.

Lease quotes displayed for illustrative purposes only. Lease quotes are based on weekly calculations over a 5-year lease agreement (other periods are available on request). At the end of your finance agreement a transfer of ownership fee applies (approx. £200 + VAT). Lease quotes vary depending on your circumstances. Finance agreements are arranged with a third-party finance company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. 3-years trading history or home-owners guarantor is usually required.

Frequently asked questions
Can we buy this machine online?
Machines priced under £5,000 can be bought straight through checkout. Above that we quote, because the specification, siting and installation need agreeing before the machine is ordered.
Do you install the machine?
Yes. Installation and commissioning can be added to your order on espresso and bean to cup machines. We position the machine, connect it to the water and power already at the installation point, commission it, dial it in on your coffee and walk your team through daily cleaning. We do not carry out plumbing or electrical work.
What needs to be ready before installation?
A suitable water supply and power at the machine's final position, plus clear access on the day. If either needs new work, your own plumber or electrician handles that beforehand.
Can you train our staff?
Yes. Barista training can be added to your order on espresso machines, run on site on your own machine and your own coffee, covering extraction and dialling in, milk technique, workflow and daily cleaning.
Can we lease rather than buy?
Yes. Lease pricing is shown on machines where it applies, and the agreement itself is arranged by our corporate team.
Who services the machine afterwards?
Servicing and maintenance agreements are handled by our corporate team, who look after machine estates across multi-site accounts.
