Mazzer Kony Sg On Demand Espresso Grinder

Elevate your espresso workflow with the Mazzer Kony Sg, a premium on-demand grinder engineered for medium to high-volume cafés, speciality coffee shops and demanding hospitality environments. Built for precision, durability and flavour clarity, the Kony Sg combines Mazzer’s renowned conical burr technology with advanced grind control to deliver consistent, high-quality espresso throughout peak service. Equipped with large 63mm conical burrs, the Kony Sg operates at a lower RPM than flat burr grinders, reducing heat transfer and preserving the coffee’s aromatic profile. This results in enhanced sweetness, body and balance in the cup. The integrated Grind Flow Control (GFC) system improves grind consistency by reducing static and clumping, ensuring cleaner dosing and less waste behind the bar. Its digital interface allows baristas to programme and manage doses accurately, delivering reliable shot consistency during busy service periods. With stepless micrometric grind adjustment, extraction can be fine-tuned precisely to adapt to different coffee profiles and environmental changes. Built with a robust aluminium body and commercial-grade motor, the Kony Sg is designed to perform reliably under sustained daily workloads.

Specified, supplied and installed by our own team in Surrey. Every machine is sold alongside the roasted-to-order coffee that runs through it.

What installation covers

Frequently asked questions

Can we buy this machine online?

Machines priced under £5,000 can be bought straight through checkout. Above that we quote, because the specification, siting and installation need agreeing before the machine is ordered.

Do you install the machine?

Yes. Installation and commissioning can be added to your order on espresso and bean to cup machines. We position the machine, connect it to the water and power already at the installation point, commission it, dial it in on your coffee and walk your team through daily cleaning. We do not carry out plumbing or electrical work.

What needs to be ready before installation?

A suitable water supply and power at the machine's final position, plus clear access on the day. If either needs new work, your own plumber or electrician handles that beforehand.

Can you train our staff?

Yes. Barista training can be added to your order on espresso machines, run on site on your own machine and your own coffee, covering extraction and dialling in, milk technique, workflow and daily cleaning.

Can we lease rather than buy?

Yes. Lease pricing is shown on machines where it applies, and the agreement itself is arranged by our corporate team.

Who services the machine afterwards?

Servicing and maintenance agreements are handled by our corporate team, who look after machine estates across multi-site accounts.
