The Sanremo YOU is a next-generation single-group espresso machine designed for serious home baristas and small specialty environments that demand complete control over extraction. Built by Sanremo with the same engineering philosophy used in their commercial machines, the YOU combines advanced pressure profiling technology with a compact, modern design.
At the heart of the Sanremo YOU is its real-time pressure profiling system, allowing you to manually shape the espresso extraction curve throughout the shot. This gives baristas the ability to fine-tune flavour, body, and acidity for every coffee, unlocking the full potential of specialty beans.
A high-resolution touchscreen display provides full control over brewing parameters including pressure curves, temperature, and shot timing. Multiple user profiles can be saved, allowing you to switch between recipes quickly and consistently.
Built with commercial-grade components, including a professional 58mm group head, rotary pump, and dual boiler system, the YOU delivers outstanding thermal stability and steam performance. Water and power must already be present at the machine's position. We do not carry out plumbing or electrical work — your site needs a suitable supply ready before we arrive.
Frequently asked questions
Can we buy this machine online?
Machines priced under £5,000 can be bought straight through checkout. Above that we quote, because the specification, siting and installation need agreeing before the machine is ordered.
Do you install the machine?
Yes. Installation and commissioning can be added to your order on espresso and bean to cup machines. We position the machine, connect it to the water and power already at the installation point, commission it, dial it in on your coffee and walk your team through daily cleaning. We do not carry out plumbing or electrical work.
What needs to be ready before installation?
A suitable water supply and power at the machine's final position, plus clear access on the day. If either needs new work, your own plumber or electrician handles that beforehand.
Can you train our staff?
Yes. Barista training can be added to your order on espresso machines, run on site on your own machine and your own coffee, covering extraction and dialling in, milk technique, workflow and daily cleaning.
Can we lease rather than buy?
Yes. Lease pricing is shown on machines where it applies, and the agreement itself is arranged by our corporate team.
Who services the machine afterwards?
Servicing and maintenance agreements are handled by our corporate team, who look after machine estates across multi-site accounts.
