Caffè Italiano is designed for espresso brewing, producing a rich, full-bodied shot with smooth crema, dark chocolate notes and roasted nut sweetness. It also works very well in bean-to-cup coffee machines and moka pots, where its dark roast profile delivers a bold, low-acidity cup. For milk-based drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes and flat whites, Caffè Italiano keeps its depth and flavour beautifully.

A very tasty and sure shot blend that has not disappointed me yet. In the last batch I found two stones about half size of the bean. Luckily I spotted the first one by the chance before it went into the grinder. I am on the look out for their friends since then.

I’ve been buying Redber's Caffè Italiano Blend for a while now, and it never disappoints. As a true dark roast, it delivers exactly what you want from a classic Italian espresso: a heavy, syrupy body with zero harsh acidity. The flavor notes of rich dark chocolate and roasted nuts are prominent, and it creates a beautiful, thick crema every time.It punches through milk perfectly, making it the ideal base for lattes and flat whites, but it's equally smooth as a straight espresso. Plus, because Redber roasts to order, the beans always arrive incredibly fresh and aromatic.If you prefer fruity, light third-wave roasts, this might be too traditional for you. But if you want a reliable, bold, and comforting daily driver that tastes like an authentic coffee shop, this 1kg bag is fantastic value for money. Highly recommended!

I use this coffee in delonghi stilosa, espresso grind, I'm really enjoying it, it tried medium roast but prefer the dark. I keep it in the packet it comes in, which i think is keeping it fresh for the time i have it. I'm the only drinker of it in the house, 500g seems ok. Happy to hear advice as I'm starting my coffee exploration

Me and my partner have tried a fair few of the beans now and this one wins by far. My partner is very particular with his coffee and really enjoys the strength this one gives. Lovely deep flavour without being bitter.

I tasted this coffee in a local cafe and enquired about the details. Since then, I have purchased bags myself. It has a delightful smooth taste with a perfect aroma when opening.
