Power, Performance & Premium Coffee – The Gaggia G500 Kalea

The Gaggia G500 Kalea is a high-capacity commercial bean-to-cup coffee machine built for demanding environments that require speed, reliability and premium drink quality. Designed for offices, hotels, restaurants and self-service locations, the G500 delivers up to 250 cups per day while maintaining consistent espresso extraction and milk texture.

Engineered with Gaggia’s professional Z4000 brewing system, the G500 ensures rich aroma, full body and balanced flavour in every cup. Whether serving straight espresso, milk-based classics or chocolate beverages, this machine is built to perform under pressure without compromising quality.

Built for High-Traffic Environments

With dual 1.2kg bean hoppers and a 1.5L soluble canister, the G500 offers flexibility to serve multiple coffee blends, decaf options or speciality drinks from a single system. This makes it ideal for businesses that need menu variety without additional equipment.

The machine is designed for continuous commercial use, combining durable internal components with intelligent workflow efficiency to keep service moving during peak periods.

Advanced Fresh Milk Technology

The G500 Kalea can be configured with PrimeMilk or LatteVelluto milk systems for fully automatic milk frothing. For sites offering plant-based alternatives, the optional DualMilk system allows two different milk types to be managed simultaneously.

For businesses that require additional flexibility, an optional manual steam wand can also be integrated.

Intuitive Touchscreen Experience

Available with a 7” or 10” full-colour touchscreen, the G500 offers a modern, user-friendly interface. The display is fully customisable, allowing businesses to programme drink menus, adjust recipes and create a streamlined experience for both staff and self-service customers.

Designed for Efficiency

Automatic cleaning and rinsing cycles simplify daily maintenance, reducing downtime and supporting hygiene standards. With an EVA-EMP Class A energy rating, the G500 is designed to minimise energy consumption while maintaining high output performance.

A Scalable Coffee Solution for Growing Businesses

If your business requires a professional bean-to-cup machine capable of handling high demand while delivering consistent speciality coffee, the Gaggia G500 Kalea is a powerful and flexible solution.

What installation covers

  • Handover and daily cleaning walkthrough with your team

Frequently asked questions

Can we buy this machine online?

Machines priced under £5,000 can be bought straight through checkout. Above that we quote, because the specification, siting and installation need agreeing before the machine is ordered.

Do you install the machine?

Yes. Installation and commissioning can be added to your order on espresso and bean to cup machines. We position the machine, connect it to the water and power already at the installation point, commission it, dial it in on your coffee and walk your team through daily cleaning. We do not carry out plumbing or electrical work.

What needs to be ready before installation?

A suitable water supply and power at the machine's final position, plus clear access on the day. If either needs new work, your own plumber or electrician handles that beforehand.

Can you train our staff?

Yes. Barista training can be added to your order on espresso machines, run on site on your own machine and your own coffee, covering extraction and dialling in, milk technique, workflow and daily cleaning.

Can we lease rather than buy?

Yes. Lease pricing is shown on machines where it applies, and the agreement itself is arranged by our corporate team.

Who services the machine afterwards?

Servicing and maintenance agreements are handled by our corporate team, who look after machine estates across multi-site accounts.
